Appointment Reservations

The best way to reserve an appointment is through our online booking system. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. You do not have to use this card for final payment unless you would like to.

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Apple Pay, or Visa or MasterCard Debit Cards. Please no personal checks or cash.

Session Pricing

Our team charges hourly session rates based on their education, experience, specialties, skill, and demand.

Hourly rates are charged by the length of time of service and are all-inclusive, with a one-hour minimum.

All services are personalized to your desired outcome, but we highly recommend scheduling a consultation beforehand if you are making a big change.

Gratuities
Tipping is not expected at Ceremony. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card charges or processed through the salon.

Cancellation Policy

Ceremony requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without the required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.

Service Adjustments

If you would like an adjustment to your service, you have 7 days to do so with the same stylist and additional service charges may apply. If you choose to see a different stylist, treat your hair yourself, or visit another stylist or salon, or if it is after 7 days from the initial service, full service charges will apply for an adjustment. All service sales are final.
